Once again, My Absence

*sighs heavily* some people need to learn how to pay the damn phone bill on time, i swear. For about a month now, i have been with out communication with ANYONE! i'm bored as sh*t! it's terrible! i'm typin' this from a damn computer at a library! a damn library! i have had too many experiences with a library that justifies my loathing to it. nobody bett expect me to get a book from here *shudders*

anyway, if i dont reply within' a day yall no why.

The rim? You mean the toppy part?
Well, I have no real way of doing it ^^; The best way is to look at manga or anime pictures so you can decide which style you want it. There are many ways to do simple things. In my case, I just do something like a half moon type thing...lol
